Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to move a package and nothing more. Discretion is the product, not a feature.

What we collect

When you submit a delivery request we collect the details you type into the form: the name or handoff alias you choose, a contact method, pickup and drop-off addresses, the service or division requested, and any notes you add. Members who sign in also have an account email and an order history.

We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not require your legal name for a handoff — an alias and a working contact method are enough for most requests.

How we use it

  • To dispatch a courier and complete your delivery.
  • To contact you about that specific request — arrival, delays, failed handoff.
  • To keep an order history in your account so you can track or rebook.
  • To meet chain-of-custody expectations on legal courier and medical transport work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or list rental.

Discretion practices

  • Handoff aliases: you can be known to the courier by an alias instead of a legal name.
  • Plain packaging and unbranded vehicles; no company markings at your door.
  • Optional "no knock" handling — the courier follows your written instruction instead.
  • Plain billing: card statements and receipts read as a generic courier service, not a product name.
  • Couriers receive only the details required for your specific stop.

Who else is involved

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never stored on our servers. Account sign-in, order records, and our database are hosted with our cloud provider. Notification email is sent from our own sending domain. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Members-only areas

The members portal, private catalog, and admin tools are behind authentication and are excluded from search engines. Order records are readable only by the account that created them and by our dispatch staff.

Retention and deletion

Order and request records are kept while your account is active so you can reference past deliveries. You can ask us to delete your account and its order history at any time, and we will do so except where a record must be kept for payment, tax, or legal-custody reasons.

Your choices

  • Request a copy of the information tied to your account.
  • Correct an address, alias, or contact method.
  • Ask for deletion of your account and order history.
  • Opt out of non-essential notifications; service messages about an active delivery still apply.
