Terms of Service

Get It Goin' Deliveries is a discreet courier service covering general delivery, legal documents and mobile notary, and non-emergency medical transport, plus a members-only private catalog. Submitting a request is a request — a delivery is confirmed once we accept and dispatch it.

Members sign in by email. Keep access to your inbox secure: anyone who can open your sign-in link can reach your order history. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold.

Lifetime member access is a one-time $2 charge that unlocks the members portal and the private catalog. It is access only — it does not include the price of any item or delivery. Optional recurring plans bill on their stated interval and can be managed from your billing panel in the portal.

• Prices shown at checkout are calculated on our side and include applicable tax.
• Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Statements and receipts read as a generic courier service by design.
• Quantity limits and stock levels apply to private catalog items and are enforced at checkout.

Give us an accurate drop-off address and a reachable contact method. Someone able to accept the handoff must be available during the delivery window; we may use your handoff alias and "no knock" instruction as written. If we cannot complete a handoff after reasonable attempts, the delivery may be returned and a re-attempt may be charged. ETAs are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and access issues happen.

Cancel before a courier is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the delivery portion may be non-refundable. If we fail to deliver for a reason on our side, we refund or re-run the delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Anything unlawful to possess or transport where the pickup or drop-off occurs.
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Live animals, or anything requiring licensed medical or emergency response.
• Cash, bearer instruments, or irreplaceable one-of-a-kind items, unless agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the legality of what you send and receive, and for being eligible to receive it. We may refuse or cancel any request at our discretion.

Non-emergency medical transport is transportation only — it is not medical care, and it is never a substitute for calling emergency services. Mobile notary service is limited to notarial acts performed by a commissioned notary; we do not draft documents or give legal advice.

Our responsibility for a delivery is limited to the amount you paid for it, unless a higher declared value was agreed in writing before pickup. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed opportunities or lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
